COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superior Electric, Bayside , Parker , Thomson SE23 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sygnetron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamagawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the ATV45U22N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AS020D54300 manufactured by Sygnetron and we are pleased to be able to service most Sygnetron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS2640N311E17 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Suspa Brand D4000086 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Swr-Engineering such as 500002 equipment made by Swr-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swr-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swr-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HIY2018032341 made by Taishi as well as the popular TSX7AC7 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA450ZC572 by Szmwkj and 500002 spares by Swr-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSS201803227 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taishi. |
